What is Bootcamp?

Snap Fitness at 4950 13th Avenue South, Fargo, ND across from Lowes Fargo Moorhead Bootcamps, exclusive to Snap Fitness of Fargo, ND, are a new & exciting way to learn fat burning workouts in a motivating enviroment that is sure to shed those unwanted pounds.

Bootcampers meet in a group exercise format for 45 - 60 minutes, twice a week, for six weeks!

Bootcampers will do a variety of strength training & functional exercises in 30 second to five minute intervals.

Are the classes difficult?

The classes are what you make them. I use mostly timed intervals for most of my classes. This allows me to cater to a large variety of fitness levels. If your unsure about the classes, just try one out for FREE!(try four of them for free - 2 WEEKS FREE) I promise you won't be disappointed!

What if I can't make one of the Boot Camp Classes?

No big deal. The Boot Camps are a packaged deal. I can't give a refund for a missed class, however you are free to try to catch up at another class time.

What if one of the times doesn't work for me?

Depending how full the Boot Camps are I will let you switch times. However, please notify me if you need to do so.

How large are the classes?

I keep my classes small so I can keep the trainer:camper ratio low. I cap off enrollment at 15 Campers. However, I expect 5 - 10 Campers on average.

What Type of Exercises will I expect to be doing?

Anything and everything is fair game. However, you can expect mostly ground base functional exercises. Rarely will I use the selectorize equipment.

What if I have an injury, but I still want to participate.

Let me know about any injuries and I will safely modify any exercises that we do.

Can non-members join Boot Camp?

Yes, non-members are allowed to sign-up as trial members to participate in Boot Camp. However, we only allow non-members to do this once. If they would like to continue to participate in other Boot Camps, they would have to become Snap Fitness members.

Can I go to a Boot Camp outside of my home club?

Absolutely, Boot Camp is for everyone! Whether you are a member of Snap Fitness or not you can participate in Boot Camp.

Joe's Profile

Joe is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer for Snap Fitness in Fargo, North Dakota. He is the Fitness Director for Snap Fitness of Fargo, ND.

Joe was born and raised in Oakes, ND. While going to high school, Joe participated in a variety of sports and was always seen in the weight room. Being a “gym rat” for over 10 years, he used to sneak into his high school weight room early in the morning before any of the staff could catch him.

Joe is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance and Fitness from North Dakota State University.

Joe's passion for health and fitness shows every day in his enthusiasm at Snap Fitness! He is available to answer any health & fitness questions exclusive to the Fargo area Snap Fitness locations.
