Fargo Moorhead Bootcamps, exclusive to Snap Fitness of Fargo, ND, are a new & exciting way to learn fat burning workouts in a motivating enviroment that is sure to shed those unwanted pounds.
Bootcampers meet in a group exercise format for 45 - 60 minutes, twice a week, for three weeks!
Bootcampers will do a variety of strength training & functional exercises in 30 second to five minute intervals.

Joe is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer for Snap Fitness in Fargo, North Dakota. He is the Fitness Director for Snap Fitness of Fargo, ND.
Joe was born and raised in Oakes, ND. While going to high school, Joe participated in a variety of sports and was always seen in the weight room. Being a “gym rat” for over 10 years, he used to sneak into his high school weight room early in the morning before any of the staff could catch him.
Joe is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance and Fitness from North Dakota State University.
Joe's passion for health and fitness shows every day in his enthusiasm at Snap Fitness! He is available to answer any health & fitness questions exclusive to the Fargo area Snap Fitness locations.
